We are CrystalByte, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Junior Customer Success Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
