We are ProtonWorks, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Junior DevOps Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
