We are Polaris AI, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Junior Full Stack Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
