We are VectorSpace, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Junior Product Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
