We are SkyBridge Tech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Junior Project Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
