We are Horizon Stack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Junior Scrum Master to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams

- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
