We are Meridian Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Junior Visual Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
