About the Role

We are TitanByte, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Lead Account Executive to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth

What We're Looking For:
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
