We are PulseCloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Lead Data Analyst to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
