About the Role

We are PivotX, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Lead Partnership Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients

- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
