About the Role

We are TitanByte, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Account Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients

What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
