We are NovaSystems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Mid-Level BI Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure

- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
