We are KineticDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Head of Product to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
