We are FusionStack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Mid-Level ML Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows

What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
