We are NexGen Digital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Platform Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code

- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
