We are BrightPath Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Scrum Master to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
