We are EdgeCompute, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Technical Project Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion

- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
