We are HelixSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Mid-Level UX Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
