We are ProtonWorks, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Senior Platform Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
