We are NexGen Digital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Senior Product Owner to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
What We're Looking For:
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
