We are LumenSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Staff Data Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
