We are NovaSystems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Staff Solutions Architect to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs

What We're Looking For:
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
